Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

Five (5) or more years of experience in providing and five years of experience in coaching with actual classroom experience delivering course material.
Bachelor's Degree in Humanities such as: Sociology, Human Relations, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Communication, or Education.
In lieu of educational requirements, instructor must have 10 years of experience in coaching with actual classroom experience in delivery course material. Demonstrated ability to perform the services described above.
Demonstrated ability to meet quick turnaround schedule for course moderation and instructional facilitation.
Must be a U.S. citizen and must be able to obtain a DBIDS pass for base access.
Must be flexible in training approach and have the ability to accommodate different learning styles of students and actively engage discussions.

U.S. military experience is a plus!

Wireless (Wifi) Engineer in Washington DC

Seeking 2 Wireless Network Engineer Level 2 /3 with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in wireless design, deployment and troubleshooting / support.

knowledge of Cisco devices such as ISE, MSE and Prime Provides full life-cycle support for all network services, including the installation, tuning, testing, monitoring, operation, maintenance, upgrading, patching, break/fix, and management of designated network distribution systems and associated equipment for all levels of security classification. Performs on-site or in-house servicing, repairs and/or installations of customer-owned products. Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment and serve as customer contact on technical and service-related problems.

Site Surveys - Conduct site surveys at proposed locations with emphasis on the following key factors - RF Analysis, proximity to fiber infrastructure; evaluation of internal and external building structure for indoor and outdoor wireless Access Point installation; identification of power and networking equipment;

Design - prepare wireless design packages and bill of material as per client’s standard

Deployment - configure and deploy critical wireless network and infrastructure as per the design document and standard

Operation – Participate in the daily operational activities/provide day-to-day analysis and proactive maintenance

Field support - work closely with peers and cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues at customer locations

On-Call - As a primary or secondary support staff participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation and associated incident/problem resolution, periodic communication update, remediation plans, tickets closure,

 •Ensure network connectivity throughout the LAN/WAN and wireless infrastructure

•Work with team members to deploy Aruba/Cisco Wireless and other LAN/WAN solutions

•Plans network layouts and configures systems to user environments

•Provide technical assessment of requirements and definition from conception to launch

•Create manuals and support documentation.

•Analyzes network topologies and traffic and capacity requirements

•Service provisioning, installation, maintenance, and management of the intra-facility LAN/VLAN wiring, equipment, and software itself within and between the facilities

•Analyzes radio-frequency, and/or data communications networks, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting, and upgrading operating systems and protocol suites and configuring communication media with concentrators, bridges, and other devices

•Conduct Site Survey and Plan network layouts and configures systems to user environments.
•Analyzes network topologies and traffic and capacity requirements.
•May provide technical support and troubleshooting to users.
•May perform network administration duties.
•Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
•Participates in special projects as required.

 Skills Desired:

minimum of 6 years’ applicable experience in wireless network engineering

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience

Possess in-depth knowledge of wireless local area networks and WLAN project experience

Clear understanding of IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi standards and related components is required

Clear understanding of RADIUS Authentication and Captive Portals

Experience with Cisco wireless technology

Ability to configure Cisco routers and switches for wireless network provisioning

Ability and willingness to learn and apply new technologies

Must be able to interact well in a team environment

Ability to follow a detailed workflow process and comply with all change management procedures and policy

Experience delivering detailed design diagrams, complete technical documentation, and develop change scripts, using various tools such as MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS Visio

Experience with different OS and server technologies is a plus

•Working knowledge of IP routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.

•Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and site-survey tools including Wireshark, Air Magnet, Kahau Site Survey, Channelizer, and Eye P.A.

•Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, frequently changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

•Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams
